IF YOU'RE planning a big night out and want to do something a little bit different with your friends, this could be it. Fahrenheit bar at the deluxe Gentings Casino on Portland Street is now offering cocktail masterclasses that make a lively start to your celebrations.

This neon-lit entertainment complex had a £4m refurb to bring the bar and restaurant right up to date. Fahrenheit now sports a design-led interior that's perfect if you want to go somewhere worth getting glammed up for.
It offers two packages for cocktail masterclasses. Both give you an hour's tuition with one of their talented mixologists where you'll learn how to make two cocktails from the Fahrenheit cocktail list (and you'll be given a shooter on the side). The second package also includes two £5 gaming chips for the casino so you can try your luck on the roulette after your class.
The cocktail masterclasses are excellent ice-breakers for groups of friends who don't know each other that well, or they're a great way to shake up your usual night out with a regular gang. For birthdays and pre-wedding parties, it's a winner.
