MARKETFEST, Artisan’s monthly market event, returns to the chic Spinningfields venue for its third episode on 27 November. The event promises to be all glitter and sparkle; with live music, over twenty stalls and a festive twist on the run-up to Christmas. There will also be 30% off all food for those who book their table in advance here.
Special guests Peroni will be at Marketfest all day, holding pasta making classes
Guests can also enjoy a host of activities for all the family: from cake decorating with Zara Cakes and sparkly face painting with Wish Upon A Sparkle to flatbread making, mocktail masterclasses and makeup classes. Charity Mancunian Way will also be helping youngsters get into the festive spirit, with stocking making and Christmas decorations.
Traders include Kula’s handmade jewellery and Joyoluba’s vintage aprons, while hunger pangs are catered for with the likes of artisan chocolates and Pat’s delicious chutneys.
Meanwhile, special guests Peroni will be at Marketfest all day, holding pasta making classes in the downstairs bar area - interspersed with beer mixology classes at just £20. Pasta classes cost £25 and last an hour and a half, with guests learning how to make a number of different fresh Italian pastas from scratch. Participants will also receive a Peroni gift to take away with their pasta creations. To book, email manchesterbdm@artisan.uk.com.
Artisan event manager Rachael Ainsworth said: “We’re really getting into the swing of our Marketfest events, and Christmas is a really special one, where we have everyone entertained. We’re proud to continue to offer our customers a monthly, family-friendly event with an ever-changing roster of activities. We hope people will come back and see what we have up our sleeves at the end of every month.”
Marketfest starts at 12pm on 27 November and is free entry to all. To receive 30% off food, book a table here.
