Get them this week only at Bundobust (or live with a lingering sense of regret)
EAT doughnuts for charity? Well it beats running a marathon. At Bundobust this week they're selling a very special doughnut created for them by bakery-cafe Siop Shop in the Northern Quarter. And the proceeds go to The Children's Trust which supports young people with brain injuries and neurodisability.
The Mango Lassi Doughnut sounds like a doughy, creamy dream. It's a cardamom doughnut sandwich filled with Alphonso mango cream, glazed and topped with candied fennel seeds.

It's just one of the super-delux doughnuts being sold around the country for National Doughnut Week, which was set up by The Children's Trust to give bakers and cafes a way to support their cause.
The Mango Lassi Doughnut costs £3 and is available at Bundobust on Piccadilly Gardens and Siop Shop on Tib Street all this week until 19 May, or until stocks run out. Get down there today and get yours.
