MICHAEL CAINES MBE, Paul Heathcote MBE and Nigel Haworth will join forces to host three truly unique fundraising dinners in support of industry charity Hospitality Action.
Last year Hospitality Action spent just under £50,000 assisting those in need across the North West, and now the three Patrons of the charity have combined forces to help raise even more cash.
The first of the series will kick off on Thursday 29 March, hosted by Michael Caines MBE at his restaurant at ABode Manchester.
Tickets for the evening cost £100 per person, including wine. For that, diners will enjoy a Champagne reception, followed by a five-course dinner, plus coffee and petit fours. Each event will have its own unique menu, carefully crafted by all three chefs, with each leading on at least one of the four courses working alongside the venue’s head chef.
All events will see an exciting auction and raffle take place, with lots including signed chef’s jackets, and a day spent in the kitchen at each restaurant.
Paul Heathcote MBE will host the second event at The Longridge Restaurant on Thursday 24 May, and Nigel Haworth will host the final dinner at Northcote Manor on Thursday 27 September.
All events have been generously sponsored by Boutinot Wines, Illy Coffee and Paul Mellor-Bates of Mellor Bates Creative.
Dawn Holding, Hospitality Action’s North West Regional Coordinator, said: “Michael, Paul and Nigel are big supporters of Hospitality Action and we’re thrilled to have them on board. We’re expecting tickets for each event to be in high demand so I’d advise booking as soon as possible in order to secure a place.”
