The brand-new concept is bringing a new wave of matcha to Manchester

Brand-new matcha concept, Matcha Made, is officially launching on Monday 16 February at The Trafford Centre

Taking over a unit in the Upper Food Hall, the matcha-focused brand is making its debut, with plans to expand across Manchester city centre in the near future.

Designed for both devoted matcha purists and flavour-seekers, Matcha Made promised a blend of high-quality, carefully sourced matcha with playful flavour combinations and dessert-inspired creations.

Guests can enjoy a fully customisable menu of hot and iced matcha drinks, with the option to personalise them with a variety of syrups, flavoured foams and toppings. Signature drinks include the Biscoff Foam Matcha, Fireside Matcha, Banana Pudding Matcha, and Strawberry Matcha which is finished with dried strawberry pieces.

As well as drinks, the menu boasts indulgent Matcha Soft Serves, providing a refreshing dessert take on the green tea classic. Matcha Made will also serve freshly baked pastries, alongside a full coffee and hot drinks menu. A range of dairy and plant-based milk options will also be available.

Matcha Made officially launches on Monday 16th February at The Trafford Centre.
