The restaurant opens for service on Wednesday 3 May – expect beautiful Modern British Grill dishes, made using the finest produce in the North West, also available from our Bowland Food Hall.
We’re proud of Lancashire’s natural bounty and our dishes reflect the quality this county has to offer.
Occupying the original Spinning Block and with a wealth of period charm, the Bar and Grill at Holmes Mill is perfect for celebrations, dates, family meals and drinks with friends.
The bar is at the heart of our new restaurant and it’s definitely a destination in its own right. From an expertly-made coffee to the perfect nightcap, a relaxing G&T or a pint from our own brewery, the food and drink together add up to the Holmes Mill experience.
We will be open for drinks and nibbles on Sundays – Tuesdays and the restaurant will serve locally-sourced grill menu Wednesday to Saturday from 6pm.
