Food Hall
Our food hall showcases the finest food and drink from Lancashire and beyond – a tribute to the farmers and food entrepreneurs of the North. You’ll find all the buzz of a busy food market with a relaxed café – just like those that are in essential part of continental market halls everywhere from Biarritz to Barcelona.
Beer Hall
Great beer deserves a great bar, which is why our stunning beer hall features one of the best-stocked bars in Britain with over 24 cask ales on tap and regular live music. Join us for midweek Drink It Dry nights, New Beer Thursday or embark on the Circumnavigation.
Brewery
See our sublime range of Bowland Brewery ales being brewed right here at Holmes Mill. Located behind the Beer Hall, you can catch a glimpse of the magic as it happens. Why not sample a sample a pint and take a few bottles home too?

Hotel
The 1823 Spinning Block Hotel is a stunning conversion of the oldest building on our site. Celebrate the renaissance of one of Clitheroe’s landmark buildings in one of 39 individually-designed bedrooms.
Bistro Bar and Grill
Our Bistro Bar and Grill serves stunning dishes in a stunning setting. It really is as simple as that. Using the Bowland Food Hall as our larder, we take the finest ingredients and treat them with the respect they deserve. Our meat is sourced from local farmers in Bowland and throughout Lancashire, vegetables come from the flat lands of West Lancashire and we buy the freshest fish and seafood from nearby places like Fleetwood, renowned for the quality of their catch.
The Boiler House
The Boiler House is a vibrant all-day destination at the heart of the Holmes Mill complex. Whether you want to chat over coffee with friends, relax with an outstanding selection of ales and beers, grab a quick snack or sit down to something more substantial, the Boiler House is the place to be.
