THE TEAM behind The Liars Club and Cane & Grain are to fill a hole on Back Bridge Street with a new late night pizza parlour.  

Crazy Pedro's will open mid-October within the empty site previously occupied by Starbucks and George Best's 'Edwardia' Boutique, above tiki bar The Liars Club. 

"Crazy Pedro’s is a part-time Pizza Parlour because we originally planned to open the venue for just six months but the more we developed the concept we decided that it should be a permanent fixture."

After flooding yourself with Zombies until the early hours, the call for carbohydrates will be answered with an extensive pizza menu until 4am. 'New York style' pizzas will be available in 16 inch, by the slice, or palm sized calzones.

Liars’ head honcho Lyndon Higginson and business partners Ross Mackenzie and Jobe Ferguson (Black Dog Ballroom Group), certainly seem excited by the new venture.

Ross Mackenzie, owner at The Liars Club and Black Dog Ballroom Group, says: “We have been working to secure this venue for some time and are looking forward to finally opening Crazy Pedro’s in October.

"Pizza by the slice will be the perfect addition to a night out. Plus the venue offers access to the square outside making it possible to extend our Liars’ terrace in the warmer months.”

Lyndon Higginson adds: “Crazy Pedro’s is going to be the ideal pizza joint, it will have pizza that I can eat from when I wake up at midday to when I go to sleep at 4am. As a bartender the drinks will be just as important as the pizza so expect hard and soft shakes, frozen cocktails and more in Manchester’s first Mezcaleria.
