WHETHER corporate, social or special, event planning invariably requires a lot of advance planning. That’s why you can now book your 2017 meeting or celebration at Gusto, whatever the time of year.

A range of menus are available to suit all dining requirements

Their Private Dining Room on Deansgate is as opulent and eye-catching as the restaurant itself, and is suitable for all occasions: from early morning breakfast sessions to intimate lunches, business meetings to client dinners. It also makes the perfect setting for birthday and anniversary celebrations, wine-tastings and cocktail masterclasses.

So how does it look? It seats twelve guests around a square table dressed in crisp white linen, surrounded by luxurious brown leather chairs.

Grand windows run along one side - allowing natural daylight to pour through - while, on the opposite wall, obscured glass looks onto the main restaurant. Consequently the room feels airy and spacious while still remaining private.

For corporate meetings and presentations, the room is additionally equipped with AV equipment; including a ceiling-hung projector and an 84-inch screen. Complimentary WIFI is also available.

Alternatively, a raised section in the main restaurant caters to larger events; offering a great semi-private space which will accommodate up to 70 guests seated for lunch and dinner, or up to 100 guests for a standing drinks reception. This space allows guests to experience the full atmosphere of the central-island bar and open-view kitchen.

A range of menus are available to suit all dining requirements including breakfast pastries, set-priced lunches and dinners, buffets and canapés.

Fine wines and vintage champagnes add an exclusive touch, and the expertly mixed cocktails are the perfect accompaniment to any party.
