The Malaysian Ho Fun Noodles are another noodle option you might not have tried. Brought to Malaysia by Chinese fishermen, it's a beautiful blend of the two cultures which includes prawns, mussels, char siu pork, egg and squid in a chilli, garlic and soy sauce.

The Thai Basil dish is a tasty stir-fry that's absolutely stuffed with flavour. Whether you choose chicken or prawn, this is a classic that manages to be both fiery hot and refreshingly sweet.
If you're really in the mood for some big flavours, the Singaporean Laksa Soup, paired with a cold Tiger beer, is an amazing fiery hit, with yellow noodles, jumbo prawns, chicken, squid and mussels in a fiery coconut broth with mint, cucumber, red onion, tofu and lime.
But if you're looking for a dish that will stick with you through thick and thin, that will make you salivate with hunger at the mere mention of its name no matter what the time of day or night, you could do worse than try the Indonesian Style Fried-Rice.
It's founder David Fox's personal favourite – the one dish he could eat for the rest of his life, if push came to shove. There are so many different flavour profiles, you'll never get bored. Choose from chicken or prawn with lime leaves, chilli, cucumber, egg and onion flakes together in beautiful harmony.
