We enjoy one of Lock 84’s regular Supper Club’s firsthand
Last night (Wednesday 25 June), we were kindly invited to experience one of Lock 84’s supper clubs, in collaboration with award-winning British vineyard Balfour Winery.
The all-day dining destination inside four-star hotel The Reach at Piccadilly was alive with a bustling energy from eager diners, ready to tuck into five specially-curated courses expertly paired with a selection of English wines.

With Executive Chef Chris Hall at the helm making sure no-one left hungry and Myles Rowland
from Balfour Winery providing the wine knowledge, the two-and-a-half-hour session was underway.
Chef Chris made appearances throughout the evening, introducing each course and sharing his culinary inspiration, including a passion for working with Vimto and a dish that paid homage to one of his old bosses, Andrew Green, now Head Chef at The Municipal.

Myles went on to explain how climate change is shifting global wine production - potentially giving English wine a stronger foothold in the coming decades.
The evening provided a perfect blend of great food, standout wines and engaging storytelling about the future of English viticulture - all for just £55 a head.
