Expect signature blends of authentic Thai street food and immersive dining at Lincoln Square
Zaap Thai, an independent restaurant brand which already has a number of sites across the North West - including in Leeds, Sheffield, York - is ready to open its latest restaurant right here in Manchester on Brazennose Street in Lincoln Square.
Opening on Thursday 26 June, the new Manchester site is set to be one of Zaap’s biggest venues to date with 140 covers inside and additional seating outside, creating around 40 new hospitality jobs in the city centre.
Complete with an open kitchen, custom-made tuk tuk seating booths and bespoke street-style graffiti, the restaurant is designed to immerse guests in traditional Thai food culture with menu highlights including spicy Som Tum salad, Pad Ga Prao and crispy pork belly. There’s also an extensive list of drinks to choose from, including Thai-inspired cocktails and mocktails, Thai lagers, fresh smoothies and Zaap’s signature bubble tea selection.
The first 100 customers through the doors on opening day, Thursday 26 June at 12pm, will receive a free pad thai or curry.
