BARS don't stay busy in the Northern Quarter by staying the same. And although the frontage of Odd Bar is reassuringly familiar, you might be surprised at what you find going on inside nowadays.

First off, they've gone into cocktails in a big way. Their team has created and curated a very fine collection of drinks that went through months of testing and tweaking before it was launched. Premium spirits. Home-made syrups and infusions. Confidential sipped its way through about half the list, and didn't find a dud one amongst them.

Secondly, they've got a brilliant schedule of music nights, bringing in some of the city's best DJs and hosting regular live acts. From acoustic and folk, to soul and rnb, to indie, to hip hop. Whatever you're into, there'll be a night for it.
