Coconut Collins £7
This is like a Pina Colada – but for grown-ups. Underlying flavours of lemongrass and ginger emphasise the tropical taste but make it subtler and far more appealing. This blend of Koko Kanu coconut rum, lime, pineapple and soda is not to be missed.
Jasmine Margarita £8
Topped with a pansy, this one is as pretty as a picture. Rimmed with sugar rather than the traditional salt edging, the Jasmine Margarita takes the sour hit of the classic and makes it gentler, softer and a whole lot more drinkable. The jasmine-infused tequila and the mild tannins from the tea add a floral note which is very seductive.
Bangkok Mule £8.50
Vibrant and summery with a bitter tang that is just irresistible. Ginger and coriander add an Asian slant to the ever popular mule whilst the hibiscus-infused gin is fragrant, heady and rather good. A Confidential favourite.
Thong Lo Spritz
This one is a light and balanced spritzer that doesn't go too heavy on the alcohol - which means you can enjoy a couple of these beauties. A fresh citrussy flavour comes through from the grapefruit liqueur and the lemonade whilst the wine brings everything together. Ginseng and elderflower add a perfumed note which makes this cocktail feel rather special.
Lychee Martini
Lychee is a beautiful ingredient. It sweetens the Martini, taking off the edge and leaving a light herbaceous note from the kaffir lime leaves. It's a perfect blend of a killer Martini and Eastern sugar. Very moreish indeed.
