The Stock Exchange Hotel is expanding its 5* star hotel offering in the heart of Manchester city centre with an exciting new 95 room addition known as the Stock Exchange Suites.
Located just opposite the Stock Exchange Hotel building, the new suites will expand and elevate the city’s most celebrated luxury hotel by bringing more rooms, additional 5* facilities and a new food and drink offering to Manchester.
Planning permission has already been approved and the suites are expected to be bookable from early 2027.
Designed by Autoban, the interior design studio behind the hotel’s award-winning transformation of the Stock Exchange building, Stock Exchange Suites will continue the story of craftsmanship, intimacy and modern luxury that has made Stock Exchange Hotel one of the city’s most prestigious places to stay.
The 95 new suites will be made up of three luxury types set across four floors, known as the Arthur Hope Suites, Bradshaw Suites and Norfolk Suites. All rooms will feature the same level of luxury that have become synonymous with Stock Exchange Hotel including super king-sized beds and stunning ensuite bathrooms.
On the ground floor, Stock Exchange Suites will introduce an expanded Traders Lounge; a 1,000sq foot relaxed lobby space for use by guests across both properties, creating an inviting arrival experience and a day to night social hub.
A boutique gym and spa is part of the vision for Stock Exchange Suites enhancing the guest experience with a brand new wellness offering. Plans include the introduction of a gym, steam and sauna rooms, & treatment rooms.
Additional facilities include a dedicated car park with 45 spaces and extra meeting rooms.
