Fusion Students has opened its brand new flagship at Deansgate
Fusion Students’ new flagship 509-bed student accommodation building has just opened its doors, ready to take on students for the 26/27 academic year.
From a stunning private dining room to terraces overlooking the city, a secret karaoke booth, free coffee machines, all bills and amenities included and a full roster of social events each week, there’s so much to do that students could have an entire night out without ever having to leave the building.
“What people notice on a tour is how much thought has gone into the everyday spaces, not just the headline ones. It’s calming, well cared for, and easy to settle into, which is exactly what we set out for. People are blown away by everything it has to offer. A gym to work out in, a Yoga studio, a big lounge to chill out and socialise in, free laundry facilities, endless tea and coffee, places to study, beautiful rooms, incredible views, you get the point. It really does have it all,” says Jack Rouane, general manager of the new Fusion Students building in Manchester.
The building offers two types of accommodation, shared apartments with classic and premium en-suite rooms which start from £265 per week and studio apartments from £345 per week - all have bills and amenities included in the price as well as regular housekeeping. The accommodation is already proving popular, with the premium en-suite rooms sold out for this academic year.
“We’ve around 50 students who’ve moved in already, most people will start to move in just before term officially starts mid-September, but rooms have been selling really fast, especially given people have only been able to come and have a look around over the last couple of weeks.” adds Jack.
As well as great amenities included as standard, students have access to free counselling and wellbeing support and there’s on-site team available 24/7 to help with any queries.
