BRUNTWOOD and Select Property Group have revealed plans for two new 33 and 16 storey towers comprising 506 apartments close to the Lowry Hotel on the banks of the River Irwell.

Subject to planning, enabling works will commence on site in October 2016

The scheme - designed by Civil Justice Centre architects Denton Corker Marshall – will include lounge areas, private dining rooms, co-work spaces, a gym, a roof garden and media rooms.

The project is the second joint venture between Bruntwood and Select, with their Circle Square scheme on the former BBC site underway on Oxford Road.
