WHO needs a Valentine? Grab your friends and head down to Per Tutti for a Prosecco tasting event on Thursday 12 February from 6.30pm. If you are coupled up, there’s no need to be all smug married about it – why not organise a double date, a triple date or even a quadruple date? The more the merrier because, above all, Per Tutti is a social place, a place for friends to get together.
Think grilled artichoke, arancini and home-made meatballs rather than a sad-looking bowl of salted peanuts
If a chat with friends over a glass of cool, crisp Prosecco sounds like your thing, don’t miss this chance to try five of Italy’s most exciting sparkling wines. The tasting is hosted by Rob Bagot from Buon Vino who promises that these wines will open your eyes to the variety and complexity of prosecco. If you're not an aficionado already, you will be after this.
Prosecco at Per Tutti Cafe Bar and Grill
As well as the fine fizz, you'll be served freshly-prepared nibbles from Per Tutti's kitchen. They do a great line in drinking snacks here, inspired by the Italian ‘aperitivo hour.’
They've not confirmed what they'll be serving yet but think grilled artichoke, arancini and home-made meatballs rather than a sad-looking bowl of salted peanuts.
And after the tasting, there'll be live entertainment till late. If you're in the mood for some sophisticated sipping with a friendly bunch of folks, why not go along?
Tickets cost £35 including five 75ml glasses of prosecco and nibbles throughout.
The event takes place at Per Tutti Café Bar and Grill, Liverpool Road, just off Deansgate, on Thursday 12 February from 6.30pm to 8pm, with live entertainment till late.
Places are limited so please reserve your tickets now to avoid disappointment. Just call Per Tutti, quoting 'Manchester Confidential' on 0161 410 0274 or email info@pertutti.co.uk
