Manchester River Cruises offers a venue like no other - a constantly-changing vista of the waterways between Manchester and Salford Quays and, for daytime events, through the Mode Wheel Locks as far as the Barton Swing Bridge.

As well as being memorable, Manchester River Cruises is also a practical choice. We have two purpose-built boats which each have a maximum capacity of 80 guests (including the outdoor space) depending on what sort of event you are planning and the Manchester weather.

Both boats have a PA system which you are free to use. In the past we’ve welcomed DJs, live singers and even a brass band on board. We also have contacts to help you find the right entertainer for you event.

We also have catering contacts so you can enjoy a buffet as part of your event or you are welcome to bring your own food or your own caterers to make sure everything is exactly as you want it.

There is also a fully stocked bar and we are able to organise pre-paid drinks packages or welcome drinks for your convenience.

Both pick up and departure are from Salford Quays behind the Lowry Theatre which is easily accessible by tram and is also a great place to continue your party after the cruise.

Exclusive boat hire is charged at £550 for two hours and £750 for three hours with time allowed for setting up or decorating the vessel.
