PATRIZIA UK has unveiled a new series of CGI images as progress continues at No8 First Street, the new 173,600 sq ft Grade A office building launching next year on First Street's Tony Wilson Place.

Russian-owned energy giant Gazprom has already let c.50,000 sq ft of the space which includes double-height winter gardens at each alternate corner and column-free floor plates.

Meanwhile, First Street's growing leisure offering continues to draw interest from occupiers, residents and visitors, with the recent openings of The Liquor Store, The Gasworks Brew Bar, and the upcoming launch of The Laundrette on December 5th.
