Enjoy champagne-matched tasting menus in the Japanese springtime
Peter Street Kitchen is collaborating with iconic champagne house, Moët & Chandon, to offerguests their own#MoëtMoment, this spring.
Until 19 April, the award-winning restaurant will showcase a range of tasting menus, where each course will be paired with a specially selected glass of Moët & Chandon. A new dessert and limited-edition cocktail will also feature the luxury champagne.
They'll be served in a transformed setting, which captures the beauty of cherry blossom season in Japan. Guests will be seated amongst a blooming installation of cherry blossom petals, and Japanese folding fans, in hues of blush and fuchsia.

A six-course tasting menu paired with renowned Moët & Chandon vintages
Priced at £120pp
Options include rich Seared beef tataki with truffle ponzu paired with the bright fruitiness of Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial, and Tiger prawn tempura with wasabi mayo and spicy ponzu alongside Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé 2012. This has been chosen to stand up to the dish’s spiciness, all the while allowing its crisp acidity to cut through.
Also on the menu is Bincho Grill Chilli-and-lemon-roasted baby chicken served with a young, yet wonderfully rounded Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2012. The menu is completed with a Baked white chocolate cheesecake – more details about this below.

Delights on this exclusive menu include Yellowtail sashimi with spicy yuzu soy, King crab tempura with ama ponzu and Chilean sea bass yasai zuke. A limited edition a la carte menu dessert paired with a glass of Moët & Chandon

This stunning new dessert comes with a sorbet made from Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial, and a glass of Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Rosé. This is designed to be served on ice due to its higher dosage, making it the perfect match for this rich and indulgent dish.
The Sakura Blossom
A limited edition bespoke Moët & Chandon cocktail

The Sakura Blossom is a bespoke cocktail created by their in-house mixologists using Roku gin, CEL-24 sake, Pama liqueur, yuzu juice, jasmine and orange foam, and finished with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial.
