The Northern Quarter apartments are now open and welcoming residents to the £195 million building

One Port St, a major new residential development in the Northern Quarter, is now open and welcoming residents, following a highly anticipated £195 million build. 

Located on Port Street, the 32 storey building is a UK first for Select Property as their flagship, most premium offering yet, bringing a 5* boutique hotel feel and luxury apartment experience to Manchester.

Residents of the 477-apartment complex will have access to a 2,000 sq ft swimming pool and spa pool with integrated changing rooms, plus a landscaped urban garden set within 22,000 sq ft of new public realm.

On the seventh floor sits Paganini’s resident lounge and roof terrace. Aptly named after a historic tavern that once stood on Port St, this area provides panoramic city views as well as private hire opportunities. Launching alongside the opening of the building is the One Port St Collective, a residents programme designed to connect people with the best of Manchester.
