BANYAN in Spinningfields knows what mums want this Mother's Day, and it comes with ice and a slice.
They're taking their already boozy 'Bottomless Brunch' and 'Bottomless Roast' menus up a notch – by giving all mothers a Hendrick's 'Midsummer Solstice' gin and tonic on the house as well.
This is in addition to the endless prosecco, beer, wine (roast only) and cocktails, you receive with the 'bottomless' menus. Someone's going to have fun, and it's not Daddy's turn today.
With live music and a chic setting, Banyan has a great atmosphere for daytime dining. Choose from their Bottomless Brunch menu (£26.95pp, 11am-3pm) with options such as poached eggs and hollandaise on toasted sour dough with hand-carved ham, smoked salmon or halloumi.
Or opt for their Bottomless Roast (£31.95pp, 12pm-5pm). Options include topside of beef or half roast chicken, served with carrot and swede mash, seasonal greens, fluffy and crunchy roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and ‘Banyan best’ gravy.
