BILL'S is to open next week and promises to keep hunger pangs at bay from breakfast until bedtime.
Already the place has drawn attention and looks set to give nearby rivals Katsouri's and Salvi's a run for their money at busy lunch hours.
Opening at 8am and 9am on Sundays it's in an ideal city centre location to catch those hungry on their way to work and for lazy brunches on the weekend. Also with a large terrace at the rear and seating space out front, Bill's is opening just in time to catch the summer crowd searching for a place to eat and drink as soon as sunshine shows its face.
Already the place has drawn attention and looks set to give nearby rivals Grill on the Alley and Restaurant Bar and Grill a run for their money at busy lunch hours. Even whilst Confidential was in taking pictures people came in to book tables for the official opening on Monday and many curious onlookers came to view the menu and peer through the windows at the new eaterie.
The restaurant, with space for 160 covers, takes up residence in former Spanish clothing shop Adolpho Dominguez and work has been underway since the beginning of the year.
The vast menu has a full breakfast starting at £7.95, lunch dishes and main meals starting at £8.50 and afternoon tea from £9.95. The drinks menu has bottled beers, cocktails, smoothies, as well as Bill's own brands of wine at £14.75 per bottle and champagne too at £35 per bottle.
Bill's originally started in Sussex and has now grown to have over 40 restaurants with four more set to open in the near future. Liverpool is next on the list alongside Epsom, Farnham and York for the chain that promises "to serve really good food, to make sure every customer has a good time, and go that bit further to make sure Bill's is always somewhere people want to come back to".
Bill's can be found at: 8-12 John Dalton Street, Manchester, M2 6JP.
