We get a sneak peek of the brand-new WOLF
WE’VE been waiting for the opening of the new WOLF in the Arndale’s super-revamped Hallé Place with baited breath – so imagine our excitement when we were given the opportunity for a snoop around before anyone else.
The WOLF restaurants are renowned for being specialists in Italian-style street food, with the new Manchester opening their first foray into the North West.
Offering Italian flavours and goodness, the menu is packed with delicious dishes – and a whole load of toppings and fillings for those hotly anticipated piada burritos and frittata-style omelettes.
Think sizzling eggs matched with yummy runny cheese, tasty tomatoes and healthful spinach in the latter, and the former full to bursting with shredded chicken, roasted peppers and special WOLF sauce; there’s plenty of choice to get your teeth into.
