Get the most out of your wellness session with our free red light therapy add-on
Feeling weighed down, bloated, lethargic, or just getting over a cold and in need of some extra oomph to shift it? We’ve teamed up with family-run wellness studio Brysk to treat our readers to a session of full body lymphatic drainage with a free whole body red light therapy session (worth £40).
Unlike standard compression boots, the full body lymphatic drainage sessions at Brysk use medical-grade Muller Sports garments, focusing on the torso as well as the lower body to help even further support lymphatic circulation and fluid balance, helping to relieve congestion throughout the body.
It’s painless and actually quite relaxing as the garments apply a steady, wave-like gentle pressure across your body - think of it as a kind of massage where you can lay in a calming, peaceful room and let the machine do its thing.
After your lymphatic drainage session, keep the great results coming with a free 15-minute whole body red light therapy session in their private, purpose-built red light therapy space.
The light used is UV-free and non-invasive and helps to support overall skin quality, shorten workout recovery times, and boost energy and general wellbeing. Unlike handheld red light therapy devices or single area treatments, whole body red light therapy delivers red and near-infrared light across the full body in one session helping you get the most out of the treatment.
