Cabana Colada
Caipirinhas are Brazil's national drink and Cabana doesn't half share that passion for cachaça. Of course you can order the unadulterated classic, but Cabana also serve up frozen Caipirinhas and fruity concoctions such as pineapple and mint. All Caipirinhas are only £6.95. Watch out for the spicy malagueta kick.
Passionfruit Caipirinha
There's a range of cocktail classics too at £8.95 such as Cosmopolitans and Long Island Iced Teas as well as some of Cabana's own fruity creations at £7.95 which focus on rum and cachaça to capture that South American feeling. Red tail parrot blends puréed strawberry and passion fruit with lime juice and cachaça then finishes it off with sparkling Prosecco and the Cabana Colada takes the classic and gives it a cachaça reboot.

If you've worked up an appetite with all those cocktails, Cabana's bar snacks will keep you going, They're so moreish, you'll want to keep nibbling all night. Choose from corn chips with guaca-molho, spicy prawns, fiery nuts and more.
