PROMOTION

THE Market Restaurant in the Northern Quarter has a long and oft illustrious history in the city and, come July, it will return to its former gastro glory when 63 Degrees moves into the building on High Street.

Fine dining with a French accent

63 Degrees' new home allows the restaurant to expand, offering a private function room, more covers than ever before and a terrace so diners can take advantage of the sun's rays beside the city's iconic former fish market.

To celebrate their move, which marks almost four years in Manchester, 63 Degrees are creating a new menu which will continue to draw on their passion for exquisite French cooking, fine wines and hospitality.

At 63 Degrees you can enjoy fine dining with a French accent. The food is a personal expression of modern Parisian dishes, made using the very best locally-sourced ingredients and the atmosphere is convivial. Diners are more like guests, and guests are more like old friends – once you've experienced 63 Degrees, you'll be back again and again.

Wine is an integral part of the dining experience. The new wine list will showcase some of the finest bottles from the great wine regions of France, with a particular emphasis on complex, terroir-driven wines from Bordeaux. You can be sure you will find bottles to match every dish, every occasion and every budget.

Enjoy a taste of Paris, without leaving the Northern Quarter at 63 Degrees.
