A stunning range of wines, Masons food and Grade II listed surroundings…we’ll see you there
After a stonking success last year, the Big Indie Wine Fest is returning to Manchester Hall for a long weekend that’s bigger (and boozier) than ever.
A Manchester Food and Drink Festival (MFDF) favourite, the wine festival is celebrating its eleventh year with an extended stay - promising three days of debauchery in the beautiful Grade II listed surroundings of Manchester Hall, an MFDF partner.
Visitors can expect a stunning breadth of wines from merchants like Commanderie Bordeaux, Codorniu, Carringtons, Inspiring Wines, Off Piste Wines, Iberica, Cantine De Palma, Alpine Wines and Veeno, while Masons Restaurant Bar - based in Manchester Hall - will be providing all food for the event.
Ritchie Bagnall, Operations Manager of Manchester Hall, said: “We’re extremely excited to be a partner of the Manchester Food & Drink Festival this year, while hosting The Big Indie Wine Fest for the second year running! The event was buzzing last year and it's even bigger and better this time around, while it is spread across three rooms on the 1st floor of the building.
“It is an exciting quarter of the year for Manchester Hall with the opening of our rooftop area, the recent announcement of the additions of Dishoom and Honest Burgers, while our bedrooms are set to open early next year. The Big Indie Wine Fest is a wonderful event that we’re extremely proud to be hosting. I know that the whole team is excited for the weekend.”
The Big Indie Wine Fest takes place from 5-7 October at Manchester Hall, 36 Bridge Street, M3 3BT. Tickets cost £15 and are available from foodanddrinkfestival.com
