THE WHITE goods retailer has taken 8,600 sq ft at Bruntwood's City Tower in Piccadilly on a 10-year lease.

OBI Property advised DRL Holdings on its relocation from Riverside, Salford, also owned by Bruntwood.
The firm is looking to increase the number of employees at its Manchester office to 160.
The business, headquartered in Bolton, generated sales of £205m last financial year and expects to increase turnover again this year.
Steve Caunce, chief operating officer at DRL, said: "The new office in City Tower will provide a base for us to continue our growth. We always wanted to keep our team on a single floor plate and our new office has enabled us to do this."
OBI Property negotiated the surrender of the Riverside lease and agreed the new terms at City Tower for DRL.
Will Lewis, office partner at OBI Property, said: "The existing relationship between DRL and Bruntwood made the transaction achievable as there was a lot to agree in a very short period of time."
OBI Property also project managed the landlord and tenant fit-out works and undertook the role of interior designer for the new office.
