Jhinga king prawns tandoori

An absolute must for seafood fans. Juicy prawn bites are dipped in a butter-rich coating and grilled over charcoal. The result is sublimely tender and packed with smoky BBQ flavours. We can’t recommend these enough. Served in a kind of round, ball shape, they’re all too easy to pop into the mouth - and disappear within seconds.

 

 

 

Tandoori mixed grill with lamb chops, seekh kebab, chicken wings and chicken tikka boti

Can’t make up your mind? EastZEast’s tandoori mixed grill is a four-in-one meat feast. The seekh kebab, made from prime minced lamb, is lightly charred on the outside, as are mouth-sized hunks of chicken tikka and the crispy wings. Two lamb chop are served pink and covered in a thick spice rub. Ingredients like fresh, Greek yoghurt, lemon, saffron and turmeric combine in exotic harmony. Sharing could be a problem.

 

 

 

Salmon steak tikka

Few fish dishes stand up to the power of the charcoal grill better than salmon steak. At EastZEast, two generous tikka marinated fillets are grilled over open coals to create a Lahori BBQ-style fish supper. Pair this with anything on the menu. Paneer shashlik

What could be better than huge, golden cubes of dry roasted, buttery paneer? Ideal for vegetarians who like a milder bite, they come with a side of char-grilled vegetables.  Zingy citrus cuts through the cheese’s smooth texture. Just try to resist one more bite.

This is Asian food for BBQ lovers; a rich and rewarding authentic dish, whose flavours and sweet aromas are only accentuated by the sizzling platter and a bed of sweet and sticky charred onions. This new addition to the menu is ideal for chicken liver parfait fans. Grilled to melting point with a juicy hint of pink, this is one of the most flavoursome and simple dishes at EastZEast. It’s seriously healthy too.
