MANCHESTER235, vibrant casino, restaurant, bar and scourge of Manchester’s wanton night owl, has relaunched its Fusion bar as the Vega Lounge, a glammed-up Vegas style number – minus the human-conveyer belts of corpulent laggards and Celine Dion.
With a new food and drinks menu, Vega’s stand-out signature addition is The Vault – a combination of cocktail, key locks, TNT sparklers and Heston’s favourite solid form of carbon dioxide, dry ice.
Open from 12noon until 6am, the Vega Lounge is also offering up a 24-hour food menu – meaning you can seek solace in a whopping great club sandwich after a crafty Chinese man has hustled you out of a month’s wages.
