THE elegant City Café in the Doubletree by Hilton knows how to make a special occasion stand out. For their Valentine's Menu, they've created a five course dinner of enticing delights, starting with a flute of champagne on arrival.
This fine-dining food is seductive in its own right, with oyster, champagne sorbet and chocolate fondant amongst the indulgent ingredients. Head chef Michael Campbell creates menus that are inspired, a little bit different, and always impressive.
If you have restaurant fatigue from seeing the same dishes everywhere you go, a dinner at City Café will reignite your enthusiasm.
The Valentine's Menu is available for three nights only: 14, 15 and 16 February. It costs £45pp for the five courses, glass of champagne, coffee and petit fours. An acoustic performance from Rick Whitehead will complete the experience.
Advance booking is strongly recommended. Please call City Café on 0161 242 1000, quoting 'Manchester Confidential', to reserve a table.
