An evening of positive drinking with Cleo Rocos
For two nights only, Manchester Confidential readers are invited to join Manchester's premier drinksmiths The Liquorists for a very special drinks trail.
The boys will be joined by AquaRiva tequila founder, bon vivant and exceptional raconteur, Cleo Rocos. She'll share her experiences from the heady heights of 80’s stardom on That’s Life, as Kenny Everetts partner in crime and Freddie Mercurys drinking buddy to the launch of her own her unique brand of premium tequila.
As president of the UK Tequila Society, Rocos has a strong relationship with the drinks industry, and released her first book on the subject, The Power of Positive Drinking, in April. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of the book on the evening.
For only £40 you will be treated to food, five neat samples, five bespoke cocktails and more tequila musings than you can shake a stick at.
The trail is happening on Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 October, starting at 6pm sharp at Apotheca on Thomas Street, Northern Quarter.
