THE Killers' two Manchester Arena shows, on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 November, have been postponed.

'Manchester, we started something we couldn't finish and we're so, so sorry.'

Lead singer Brandon Flowers had to leave the stage early into Tuesday evening’s performance after complaining of a sore throat. Unfortunately, he was unable to continue with the rest of the show.

Wednesday night’s Manchester show has also been postponed. Ticketholders are advised to retain their tickets and to contact their point of purchase for further information.

In a statement, the band said: ‘Manchester, we started something we couldn't finish and we're so, so sorry. Working on rescheduling tonight and tomorrow's shows. Will let you know new dates ASAP’

The rescheduled dates will now take place at the Manchester Arena on 17 & 18 February 2013.
