Following the successful launch of its Trafford Centre store last May, the brand is opening a second site in the city centre
After the incredibly successful launch of its first Manchester store last May which took the Trafford Centre by storm, Sephora UK is making a highly anticipated return with a second store, right in the heart of the city at Manchester Arndale shopping centre.
For months, a large hoarding inside the shopping centre has been building excitement for Sephora fans across the city. The sign, which reads ‘Brace yourselves Manchester, you’ve scored twice’, is currently covering up the ongoing works which will see the 4,618 sq ft ground-floor unit transformed into the beauty giant’s second site.
The eagerly-awaited launch date is set for Friday 1 August 2025, opening in true Sephora style with a day of celebrations including ribbon-cutting, live entertainment and DJs, and, of course, the viral goodie bags that are known to draw huge queues from the early hours of the morning.
Shoppers will have even more chances to win prizes with a ‘spin the wheel’ challenge and more surprises expected throughout the day.

The Manchester Arndale store will join the growing number of Sephora sites across the UK, offering beauty enthusiasts an extensive range of world-renowned products right on their doorstep, including the brand’s own namesake range, the Sephora Collection.
Customers will also be able to shop exclusive ‘Only At Sephora’ brands including Haus Labs by Lady Gaga, Makeup By Mario, Merit Beauty and Tower 28 alongside other TikTok-viral sensations such as Glossier, Rare Beauty, Sol De Janeiro and Kosas.
