From signature spray tans to gorgeous nails and even its very own Japanese Head Spa, this 15,000 sq ft space is more than just a salon

What began in a small, terraced house salon in Halliwell, Bolton over two decades ago has now grown into one of the UK’s most successful tanning businesses.

Founder and CEO of Rose & Caramel, Rosie Greenhalgh, first started by hand-mixing spray tan solution and selling it on eBay. Fast forward to now and the brand has developed eight innovative products for the tanning industry, including the viral Purity Excel 60-Second Tan Remover, with one tub sold every two minutes.

From reaching number one on Amazon in both the UK and US, to being stocked in over 500 Boots stores nationwide, Rose & Caramel has grown exponentially since its conception. Now, the brand has taken on another growth spurt - opening a new 15,000 sq ft headquarters where it all started in Bolton, combining warehouse and distribution with a luxury salon and education academy all under one roof.

The new HQ offers a wide variety of treatments from specialist hair services to state-of-the-art Japanese Head Spas and, of course, the ultimate spray tanning area. It’s a one-stop shop for all things beauty and hair, offering clients a premium salon experience with specially designed areas and fully kitted-out spaces for getting pampered in.

“The HQ isn’t just a building - it’s a reminder of  how far determination, resilience and self-belief can take you. This is just the beginning of our next  chapter," explains Rosie.
