Rosso Swaps Cocktails With The Langham

IF one of your favourite holiday activities is sampling the local cocktail scene, you'll like what's happening at Rosso this autumn. They're taking part in the D1 International Cocktail Exchange which pairs top UK bars with their counterparts in South East Asia and asks them to swap signature cocktails.

Cocktail lovers in Hong Kong can currently enjoy Rosso's Mancunian Mandarin at The Langham's swanky bar.

Rosso has been paired with the award-winning Artesian at The Langham in Hong Kong. It's one of just eight bars and restaurants to be selected for the exchange, which was devised by luxury spirits company D1 London Spirits.

D1 London Spirits founder Dominic Limbrey said, “We’ve introduced the D1 International Cocktail Exchange to bring a new way for cocktail connoisseurs across the globe to enjoy international craft cocktails. It’s about exploring the nuances and character of different places through the very local flavours found in these carefully-curated cocktails.”

So which drinks have they swapped? Well, cocktail lovers in Hong Kong can currently enjoy Rosso's Mancunian Mandarin at The Langham's swanky bar. While back here in Manchester, we can sip on The Artesian HK Spice Cocktail. Recipes for both are below if you want to try mixing your own, though it's far easier to head to Rosso and enjoy one of these gorgeous drinks in style.
