Point Blank announces sudden closure

All existing bookings at their Manchester Deansgate venue have been cancelled with immediate effect

Virtual shooting range, bar and entertainment venue Point Blank has today announced that it has entered liquidation, with all existing bookings at its Manchester Deansgate venue being cancelled with ‘immediate effect’.

A statement shared by the venue explains how the situation was out of their control and came ‘completely out of the blue’ after learning that their landlord had entered administration and their lease had been lost as part of the process.

‘Without access to the venue, and therefore the ability to trade, we have been left with no alternative,’ the statement continues.

‘If you currently have a booking with us, we understand how disappointing and frustrating this news will be. We are working with the relevant parties to gain clarity on next steps and will provide further updates as soon as we are able to do so. We kindly ask for your patience over the coming weeks while this process unfolds.

Point Blank has reassured customers that ‘this is not the end’ and the team behind the brand are actively working on returning to Manchester as soon as possible.

The statement concludes: ‘We want to sincerely thank you for your support over the years. Your loyalty has meant everything to us, and we truly hope to welcome you back to Point Blank Manchester in the future.’
