One of London's most influential chefs is coming to Manchester – for one night and one morning only.
Dan Doherty's 24-hour, 40th-floor restaurant Duck and Waffle is one of the capital's most talked-about places to eat, and this spring he's teaming up with Harvey Nichols to host a series of his 'Sprout' supper clubs – including a dinner and a brunch at Harvey Nichols Manchester on Friday 9 and Saturday 10 March.
Sprout is a special dining experience that showcases seasonal ingredients, in both the food and the dining space. Greenery, flowers and ceramics will bring elements of the menu to life, and create a gorgeous setting for this exclusive meal.
The experience will begin with a complimentary cocktail made with Silent Pool gin. A starter of playful sharing plates followed by slow-cooked lamb shoulder with hot hummus, fried chickpeas and pine nuts, served with purple sprouting broccoli. A delicious pistachio and orange cake with rose Chantilly, drizzled with orange blossom honey will be the dessert.
To top it all off, Doherty will be making homemade hobnobs, his all-time favourite biscuits, for guests to take away with them and enjoy at home.
Places are strictly limited, so please book in advance at harveynichols.com.
