Seasonal new menu at Cibus

Fresh ingredients that showcase the joyful abundance of Italy’s ever-changing seasonal larder are one of the most important things to us at Cibus. We hope that using this vibrant produce in our new dishes helps you appreciate just how good ingredients are when they’re at their sun-soaked, rain-quenched best.

Try our orecchiette crudaiola – a warm, summery pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, red onions, leccina olives, fresh oregano and ricotta salata. Its simplicity lets these beautiful flavours sing an aria of summer satisfaction.

It’s also the season for seafood superstars like our risotto mare with prawns, mussels, clams, squid and baby octopus or gamberoni, our red king prawns with brandy sauce and asparagus.

Even our famous polpette have had a summertime upgrade, now served with a classic Italian pea and pancetta accompaniment.

Of course, our pizze and our salted doughnuts are Cibus through and through and they are going nowhere.
