Back in the day we had a pizza pop-up above Fred’s Ale House and then a stall at the award-winning Levenshulme market. Now, just four years later, we’re still a part of the Levy community but we have our own restaurant on Stockport Road.
We still serve our acclaimed pizzas with their lighter, crisper sourdough base. We prove our dough for 70 hours so it’s as good for your gut as it is for your taste buds. And the toppings, they’re still pretty darn smashing.
Our pizzas are all 10” because we want to satisfy you, not stuff you to the gills. We also want you to leave room for some of the other dishes we offer.
Now we have our own kitchen, pizza is just the start of it. We serve cicchetti like the moreishly must-have savoury salted doughnuts with pesto mayo and marinara sauce, fresh calamari, zucchini fritti and we’re planning our new Summer menu with a new selection of cicchetti like salt cod mantecato, baby octopus in tocio & grilled mortadella & focaccia Our specials are special and they are always popular. You’ll find dishes like our homemade pappardelle pasta with duck leg ragù and bombette (Apulian pork-collar neck parcels stuffed & oven-roasted) As for vegans, we have plenty to tempt, from vegan pizza packed with veg to parmigiana vegana.
