Fresh new dishes with 40% off for a limited time only

MUSU’s stunning Land of the Rising Sun tasting menu has had a stunning springtime transformation with delicate flavours and seasonal ingredients. Experience spring in Japan with this masterclass of affordable luxury.

Continuing the focus on four of Japan’s standout culinary styles, MUSU’s Chef Patron, Michael Shaw, has crafted dishes which showcase seasonal fine dining at its best through Edomae, Izakaya, Teppan and Kaiseki food cultures.

The tasting menu is available in five, eight or twelve-course sittings and begins with a trip to Edo-era Tokyo. Guests are treated to a choice of high-end sashimi and nigiri using the finest ingredients like freshly sourced O-toro tuna and scallops. A carabinero prawn tartare served with caviar and dashi butter rounds off the stunning selection.

The Izakaya section of the menu elevates Japanese street food to a new level with a shiitake tempura, yakitori chicken thigh and duck with pickled plum umeboshi.

Then, MUSU fires up the teppan for a perfectly-cooked A5 wagyu beef with burnt onion and kale as well as a miso-glazed cod cheek with spring herbs.

The Kaiseki menu is inspired by Japanese tea ceremonies and features savoury delicacies like chawanmushi (a traditional savoury steamed custard), a duck gyoza with foie gras and an aged beef fillet with whipped miso hollandaise and asparagus.

The Land of the Rising Sun tasting menu then finishes in a burst of flavour with yuzu sake with pineapple and mango and a white chocolate and soya milk crisp.

It’s a beautiful menu and to celebrate its launch, MUSU are offering 40% off across all menus for a limited time only.
