Everything is cooked to perfection – charred, sticky, juicy, well-seasoned, full of flavour – each element is absolutely bang on (or perhaps bangers on) and more than earns its place on the platter. The cooking on the bone is exactly the way to retain the juices and amp up the taste. It’s a real butcher’s dream.
