Dinner with Joe Fattorini - Manchester House - Thurs 24 May (£100pp)

The first of Manchester House’s 2018 Wine Series dinners involves a five-course collaboration between chef Nathaniel Tofan and wine expert Joe "Obi Wine Kenobi" Fattorini. Joe has more recently been guiding 250 million viewers in 107 countries through Channel 5’s The Wine Show, so this will be a relatively intimate gig.

Guests will be treated to a welcome drink and nibbles followed by a selection of courses - from poached trout and caviar to shorthorn sirloin and cheek - all accompanied by a series of specially chosen wines to match. Joe will talk guests through each wine in his characteristically accomplished style, hopefully revealing a few behind the scenes secrets. Enquire about tickets here.
