Malmaison Manchester has created a special champagne menu including edgy cocktails such as the Malmaison Fizz (infused with Belvedere Pink Grapefruit vodka) and the Valentine Rose (raspberry and rose cordial, with lavender bitters topped off with Veuve Clicquot Champagne).
