THE LOUNGE at Manchester House is situated on Level 12 of Tower Twelve in Spinningfields.
The great thing about it is that the twelth floor is not too high, nor too low.
It's a cracking space featuring four covered/heated outside terraces, with retractable roofs. These can be hired for private gatherings. The Lounge also offers spectacular, wraparound views of the Manchester skyline and good atmosphere in which to enjoy some of the city’s finest cocktails.
The great thing about it is that the twelth floor is not too high, nor too low. You are above the streets so you have the grandeur of the view but then the taller buildings in Manchester provide a manmade mountain range all around. It's spectacular, especially around teatime, when all the offices are still occupied and lit up.
You also get a grand view of the Square with No Name.
Now, there will also be a lunch menu available between 12 pm and 6 pm, Tuesday-Saturday for those who fancy a bite with a view. A Swiss cheese burger is £12.50, a Ploughman's Club sandwich £9.
