The Lowry Hotel partners with Salford's FOUR SIS4ERS gin distillery
FROM one Salford business to another: the Lowry Hotel has announced an exclusive collaboration with local gin distillery FOUR SIS4ERS on a new range of cocktails.
The five new drinks are based on the FOUR SIS4ERS Signature Gin, which uses botanicals well suited to many cocktail recipes. Ranging from sweet to dry flavours, the cocktails are already proving popular with guests.
FOUR SIS4ERS Gin, the sister company to the SEVEN BRO7HERS BREWERY, worked with newly appointed assistant food and beverage manager Tiziano Tangorra to create the different blends.
Tiziano said, “The collaboration with FOUR SIS4ERS Gin is the start of many more to come for the River Bar and Restaurant.
“We are always experimenting with different flavours and gin is a perfect fit for the warmer months, with refreshing ingredients complementing the spirit. The Lowry Hotel also aims to use locally sourced ingredients and this partnership is a testament to that.”
As part of the collaboration, the Lowry Hotel's guests are being offered private tours of the Salford distillery, including beer or gin-tasting sessions. The exclusive tours are a chance for gin fanatics to learn about the production process behind the spirit.
One of the FOUR SIS4ERS, Lucy McAvoy, expressed her excitement: “As a premium artisan gin producer in Salford we felt it was important to partner with high-quality outlets and of course start with our hometown.
“The Lowry Hotel which has a reputation for sourcing and truly valuing local producers and high-quality products, perfectly suits our premium brand. And as Salford’s only five-star hotel, it made perfect partnership-sense to us to promote and collaborate a cocktail range using our Signature Gin with them.”
The cocktails are now available at the hotel's River Bar and Restaurant priced at £14.50.
