CLOUD 23 in the Hilton is closed right now while they give it a sleek new makeover. But this weekend, you can get an early glimpse of the new bar while indulging in one of their legendary afternoon teas.
The West Lounge section of the bar is now complete – so they're taking bookings for afternoon tea only, this Saturday and Sunday (20 and 21 October), from midday to 5pm. The rest of the bar will still be kept under wraps.
