Expect delicious dishes served with flair
Summer may be a distant memory, but with Rosso's new Inka Grill, you can enjoy that unmistakeable charcoal flavour all year round. From sirloin steaks to chicken breasts, everything is cooked the way you want it, smoky and fresh from the grill. Why not share a full rack of tender English lamb, cooked in the charcoal oven and see what the Inka can do?
At this time of year, there is nothing more comforting than enjoying traditional favourites and Rosso have brought back their lasagne al forno and penne alla bolognese, hearty homemade dishes that are elevated to something very special.
The starters are also seasonal with appealing autumnal flavours. Boneless quail stuffed with figs and pancetta is rich and delicious with a wonderful aroma that whets your appetite for the meal to come.
Exciting new main courses include peppered veal steak with balsamic reduction which is a real taste of Italian luxury and halibut served with grilled carambola star fruit and ginger scented beurre blanc which manages to be both fresh and, with its delicate spicing, almost festive.
You can also cook your food exactly as you want on Rosso's hot stones – lava heated to 200ºc. Whether you're searing a prime fillet of English beef or plump juicy prawns, cooking on the hot stones certainly adds some culinary theatre to your table.
Whatever you choose, at Rosso you know you can expect delicious dishes served with flair in some of the most sumptuous surroundings the city has to offer.
